A Robert Burns Celebration
The poet Robert Burns and his beloved haggis are at the heart of this celebration of the Rutherfords’ Scottish heritage!
Celebrate Robert Burns’ birthday with an afternoon of bagpipes, traditional dancing, and, of course, haggis!
Connect with your roots or simply come for a taste of Scotland.
The event begins at noon with dance performances by the Celtic Ceilidh Dance Academy at 1:00pm and 1:45pm, followed by the Address to the Haggis at 2:30pm and a reading of some of Burns' poems at 3:00pm.
Free with museum admission. Regular admission rates apply.
